Using a UAD satellite is not an option since I'm considering the Apollo for my mobile studio since it has pre's and monitoring options. When this is available I could connect both interfaces via (I guess only 8 channels) but would loose the digital i/o on the lynxĪre there any other options? Although some D-A converters, such as the Crane Song one pictured, have high-quality internal digital clocks, there are good reasons why these arent.
